As a retired IT Consultant (32+ years), I bring my development, System Analysis, Project Development, Project Management, Testing, and IT Consulting skills to assist in the continued development of OpenShot Video Editor. Applying my testing skills, I assist in developing test plans, the execution of, and documentation of identified issues. Additionally, actively analyze OpenShot features and functions and provide feedback regarding enhancements and improvements. I also actively participate in providing support to the user community via GitHub and Reddit to resolve issues and come up with solutions to the varied challenges users are faced when using OpenShot. Being somewhat a novice Video Editor myself (been doing it for a few years now), I gravitated towards OpenShot for it's simplicity for a first time a Video Editor, the functions and features it offers for being Open Source, and the commitment of the product owner/developer, and the rest of community and volunteers putting time and effort into making this a great product.
